In aid of: The educational budget of the 800+ children in our care. The day a child leaves his/her home at AKC to stand on their own two feet, they leave with one suitcase. It is our task to ensure they leave all their old baggage – the rejection, the abuse and disappointment behind. Their luggage for this life journey must, however contain an empowering education to guide them on their future way ahead.

 
The 2010 theme “Around the World” promises an exciting evening with an extremely entertaining program as background for a very ambitious effort to once again raise R600 000 for the educational budget of AKC.

50 + Celebrities supporting this initiative will be available to book as guests of honour at your tables. A list of confirmed Stars attending the event, will be available on request from 26 July 2010. 

In order to apply the funds raised 100 % to the benefit of the children, we have to cover all event costs with sponsorships – the venue, catering, technical support, prizes etc. Any donation in this regard will be highly appreciated!
